Set Up Costs

There is a one time setup fee of £9.99, which will give you your own unique local rate number to forward all calls on to your mobile phone.

This charge will be deducted from your neatPhone account and your number will be available for use immediately

Call charges to you

The cost to you is just 9.6p per minute. This will be automatically deducted from your neatPhone credit balance as it is used.

Call charges for your recipient

and the Prisoner pays the normal local call rate at the Prison.
